How do I turn MFA "OFF?"

If you are using a mobile phone:

  1. Login to your profile when you are physically in the store.
  2. Click on the ellipsis to open the navigation menu.
  3. Select Tools from the navigation menu and click on MFA.
  4. Click on the On/Off toggle switch and a confirmation will be displayed.
  5. Click Yes button to confirm the change. 

If you are using a desktop computer:

  1. Login to your profile when you are physically in the store.
  2. Select Tools from the navigation menu and click on MFA.
  3. Click on the On/Off toggle switch and a confirmation will be displayed.
  4. Click Yes button to confirm the change. 

Note: You must be an Administrator or Manager to turn MFA "OFF."  MFA will still be required if your employees attempt to login anywhere other than the physical location of your business. You will need to turn OFF MFA again if your IP address or business location changes. If you have multiple locations, you must do this for each of your business locations' profiles. MFA will still be required for your consumers.
