What if my employee already has a profile?

If your employee already has a consumer profile or an employee profile at another business you can still add them as a new employee to your business. Your employee will receive an email notification that they have been added to your business as an employee. The next time your employee logs in they will see your business on the profile selection page.

Note: We encourage employees to use a personal email address to allow a single sign on for all employee profiles and a consumer profile.
