How do I send a payment request reminder?

To send a payment request reminder:

  1. Login to the Hypur profile for the business location that made the payment request.
  2. Click on Payments in the navigation menu.
  3. Select the Outgoing Requests view.
  4. click on the Remind button.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the payment request reminder.
  6. A success confirmation will be displayed

Note: Payment request reminders only be sent once every 24 hours.
