Tipping allows customers to leave a tip that will be deposited into the business account. The business is responsible for distributing tips.
Your customer can leave a tip at the time of Delivery or Pickup if the purchase is completed with Safe Checkout. Your customer can leave a tip by clicking a link in the purchase notification text message or by clicking on the banner at the bottom of the purchase notification email if you do not use Safe Checkout to complete the purchase. Your customer will receive a purchase notification email by default. Your customer will only receive a purchase notification text message if they have purchase text message notifications enabled.
Note: You must be the primary contact for your financial institution or an administrator to make changes to tipping.
